Which areas do you cover?
We work on site across the Paris region (Paris + 50 km) and remotely throughout France and Europe. Our teams are based at 54 rue Greneta, 75002 Paris.
What are your response times?
A response within 24 hours for any quote or audit request. On-site intervention within 4 hours across the Paris region for managed-services contracts with an SLA.
Do you work with SMEs or only with large accounts?
Both. Our portfolio ranges from 5-person SMEs to large industrial accounts. We tailor the engagement to the size and criticality of your infrastructure.
Are you independent from the major vendors?
Yes. We favour open source stacks (Linux, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, WireGuard, OpenWrt) with no vendor lock-in. When a proprietary product is required, we justify it technically.
Can you take over an existing infrastructure?
Yes. We systematically start with a mapping audit to identify risks and technical debt. You get up-to-date documentation and a prioritised action plan.
